Wow, ok, so we apologize for spreading some misinformation all those years ago - this was one of the other actors in the running for the Geordi job, Clarence Gilyard Jr. Confirmed by Mr. Burton himself weeks after we posted.

Fine, We'll Make Our Own Heroes - Lazy Teenage Superheroes

Take a miniscule $300 budget and a lot of ambition and voila, you have Lazy Teenage Superheroes: the short film.  Unbelievable production quality and comparisons to Scott Pilgirm vs. The World and our beloved Heroes.  Notably, the Heroes comparisons floating around show the interest in a primetime superhero show still exists....and The Cape doesn't seem to be getting it done.  Looking in your direction NBC, surely you've got $300 lying around to give someone like this guy.
