"Animated" QR Tattoo, not Herve Villechaize. Why didn't they link Daft Punk?

The Paris "hyper"-linking is incroyable! I never knew Tattoo was a Parisian, and he wasn't the most animated of actors, yet somehow Karl Pilkington got to ink a "look-alike" for a not-so-daft video.
