Thanks to Cheerios' crazy 'Nana' ad the cereal aisle is now a haunted house of loss and regret to Stephen Colbert. See his reaction after the jump.

The Dark Side -- The Far Side x Star Wars |
An oldie but a goodie, comic mash by Captain Ribman. Prints and what not here. Think it's the only Star Wars humor he's done.

My First Dictionary Corrupting The Cheese One Word at a Time
We have a new contestant in the recent battle of print books around these parts. The battle that started, well....now -- when we got a second contestant (I mean, who has print books around, ebook battles would be lame).
After hyping it up for a week post-holidays, today Andrew revealed this intriguing collection of humour (with a 'u') he received from his parents. My First Dictionary is a satirical children's dictionary with some crazy definitions coupled with innocent-styled illustrations. My immediate comment when flipping through it and reading some was "it's like it was written by The Internet". And indeed, it fits comfortably on stage in front of that online crowd because where does alot of the material live? That's right, on the net, in the author Ross Horsley's My First Dictionary blog.
Some examples, that don't even scratch the surface:
They get crazier, just check the blog. Definitely worth some lunchtime entertainment or a random 'definition of the day' to put a smile on the faces of colleagues, friends and family. (maybe not so much the small children -- please keep this away from them.)
(what was the other print book contestant? Another language-related thing of course. I think MFD wins this round purely on the basis of being in, you know, English.)

My First Dictionary book cover with creepy but appropriate 'innocent' illustrations |
Some examples, that don't even scratch the surface:
Nostalgic: Father is nostalgic. He is remembering the happier times before you were born.
Zigzag: A zigzag is a jagged line. We can tell that Mother has been drinking when she drives in a zigzag pattern.

Twash the Night Befhore Chrishmash
The title reads like a Sean Connery post, but really is drunken poetry. Enjoy Ryan Gosling and Jim Carrey in this video re-imagining of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas, Drunken-Master style!

Bad Lip Reading
Just when you thought the hardcore YouTubers couldn't come up with something new to do with audio/video mashups (see for example, Buffalaxing, etc) - check out Bad Lip Reading (BLR).
Recent political-themed work on Mitt Romney (below) and Michelle Bachmann are Comedy Central gold, while some older musical ones present equally wacky dubbing trickery.

Maybe a bit on the silly tip, but the production values are there. One comment was that the sad thing about this is that it's actually really *good* lip reading. haha. Not sure how any of these didn't come up on the Cheese radar!

So, Mark Zuckerberg walks into a bar...
Thought this was funny, even if it's not Star Wars related.
And made by the same guys as Red vs. Blue! They're still around!

The President's Speech - Obama Comedy at Correspondents' Dinner
Obama took to the podium for a round of Presidential comedic stylings that are the norm for the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner. A bit of multimedia came into play courtesy of 'State-Run Media Productions' - a spoof movie trailer for a sequel to last year's The King's Speech.
It had other crazy moments too, such as none other than Donald Trump being in the audience! Obama didn't hold back and took the opportunity to tear into him too! Great stuff.
There were plenty of other good lines and moments. Following Obama was headliner Seth Myers with some SNL Weekend Update punchlines. There are more clips around YouTube if you look. A relaxing fun end to a week that had madness about Birth Certificates as well as terrible storms in the south and on-going wars in the Middle East/Africa etc.

Still Funny: Walmart Clown Commercial
Filing under 'why didn't we post this earlier' and 'can't find the post, surely we posted it' -- this viral Walmart ad about cheap party supplies and birthday clowns is a legend. And it's still pretty funny. This came up in some conversation recently about 'commoner' Kate Middleton's not-so-common family of party-supply company owning rich people. That's about all I'll say about that.
EDIT: Found the link on FB to the "official" Walmart channel one. Nya nya nya.

SNL Celebrity Jeopardy - The Complete Glorious History (in videos!)
Much beloved SNL skit series from arguably one of the golden eras of the long running show is Celebrity Jeopardy. Created by Norm MacDonald, who's rearing his head on TV again via Comedy Central's Sports Show, the skit featured a number of memorable characters like Sean Connery (played by Darrell Hammond) and found a way to include impressions from the cast and guests of the show into numerous sketches. Who can forget some classic Will Ferrell moments as Alex Trebek too.
FunnyOrDie has posted all the skits for viewing, freeing them from the clutches of region-blocking NBC hell!
Start with one of our faves - featuring classic Sean Connery's "Suck it Trebek" and check out others whenever you're looking for a laugh.

Obama: Hey man, can I borrow your computer?
Should have clicked this last week -- pretty funny. Does the President of the United States of America have a computer?
Edit: This probably won't be the only Obama video you'll see around today. Though it will be the funnier one.
